Vandals Wreaking Havoc in Farmington

Farmington area residents are being advised to be on the lookout for some suspicious activity in that area. RCMP say that since June, industrial sites in the Farmington and Sunrise Valley areas have been hit by thieves and vandals. Generally the thieves target the areas late at night and steal small industrial tools, along with then vandalizing the sites. The theives are also believed to be responsible for more crime on June 22 when Parkland School in Farmington was not only broken into but the exterior was vandalized with paint. Sgt. Darren Traichevich is with the Dawson Creek RCMP. Anyone with information on these incidents are asked to contact the Dawson Creek RCMP at 784-3700.
