The three week labour dispute between Brandt Tractor and members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 115 is over. Wayne Mills is the member representative for Brandt Tractor. He says this agreement includes wage increases of 22 percent over 4 years, plus increases in the tool and bott allowances, shift premium, meal allowance and pension contributions for employees hired between July 31, 2004 and June 10, 2008.
