John Mellencamp’s No Better Than This Tour will include repertoire reflective of his entire career, as well as music from his recent critically acclaimed album, No Better Than This, which was produced by T Bone Burnett and recorded at a number of famous studios including, Savannah, Georgia’s historic First African Baptist Church, and at Sun Studio in Memphis. Mellencamp will be joined by Canada’s own Cowboy Junkies, who are his special guests for this run of tour dates. The band, since its formation in Toronto in 1985, has been a leading light on the indie scene and brings its signature introspective, quiet intensity to the No Better Than This Tour for the first time this summer.
